A development is being proposed on a 27-acre parcel along the Union Pacific Railroad just north of Somers Fire Station 2.

The project would be 14 multi-family apartments building totaling 200 units with amenities that include among other things, a park, clubhouse, trails, pickleball courts and a playground.
