The Village will host a public hearing on special assessments for the 12th Street Water Main Extension Project on Tuesday, February 24th at 5:30 p.m. at the Village Hall. The project generally consists of construction of a 12-inch water main beginning at 100th Avenue and extending east along 12th Street to as far as the U.S. Post Office. Properties impacted by the assessments will be mailed a notice of the hearing. 

A report, the estimated cost of improvements and a schedule of proposed assessments for this project are available here:

Both items are also available for review at the Village Clerk/Treasurer’s Office during regular business hours.
